Makayla Remanente-Bailey is a midfielder/forward for the Southern University Jaguars, having transferred from Ottawa University (Kansas) where she earned Honorable Mention All-KCAC honours as a redshirt-freshman. An Edmonton native and Austin O'Brien High School product, she brings collegiate attacking experience to campers in her hometown.

Sonya Mehta is a midfielder who played NCAA Division I soccer at the University of Iowa before continuing her career at Grand Valley State, where she was named GLIAC Offensive Player of the Week. She trained through the Whitecaps Elite Canadian National Development Centre in Vancouver, sat on Canada's U17 broad list, and captained Alberta's provincial team before representing the province at the 2022 Canada Summer Games. Campers learn from a Division I player with real international development-pathway experience.

Myah Jalal is a former NCAA Division I midfielder who played for the University of Memphis before continuing her career at MacEwan University in Canada's U SPORTS ranks. Raised in Edmonton, Alberta, she was a multi-sport athlete who represented Team Alberta at the 2017 Canada Summer Games and played club soccer with the Scottish Angels. A hard-working, technical center-mid, she covers ground box-to-box and helps control the tempo of a game. Campers train with a player who has competed at both the American Division I and Canadian university levels.

Grouped By Skill Level
To make sure every camper gets the most out of the camp, we group participants by skill level — beginners with beginners, advanced with advanced.

Weather Issues ›
We always have a plan in place for rain, extreme heat, or any other conditions and safety always comes first. If we ever have to cancel or reschedule a session due to weather, you'll get a full refund or credit, whichever works best for you. For our indoor camps, weather will never be an issue!

Your daughter is watched closely the entire camp. Our staff is trained to handle the unexpected, if anything comes up, we reach you right away. Drop her off knowing she's in safe hands.
Changed Plans? We Get It
Life happens, and we've kept our refund policy simple and fair:
- 7+ days before the camp: full refund or credit toward a future one.
- 1 to 6 days before: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future camp. If we ever cancel (weather, facility, low enrollment) you get a full refund or a transfer, no hassle.
- To cancel, just email team@motiveathletics.ca with your name and camp details, and we'll sort it within 5 business days.
