This exciting collaboration brings a high-performance training experience to local athletes – offering girls the opportunity to develop their skills, gain insight from top-level university athletes, and deepen their passion for the sport of volleyball. Whether you’re aiming to elevate your performance or grow your fundamentals, this camp has been designed to inspire, challenge, and empower local athletes!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Led by high-level USPORT athletes with an abundance of knowledge and experience, this camp features:
- Skill sessions and competitive gameplay
- Q&A opportunities with varsity athletes
- A nutrition seminar led by a guest nutritionist to help athletes fuel for peak performance
