Jessica Tsai was the longtime captain of the University of Manitoba Bisons women's soccer team in USPORTS. Over her career she set program records with 70 games played and started and 101 career shots on goal, and she sits second all-time in Bisons history for career assists. In 2024 she was named a Canada West Second Team All-Star. Campers train with a record-setting university captain known for her leadership and versatility across midfield and defence.

Her steady, physical defending has made her a fixture on Manitoba's roster year after year. Campers get to learn defensive positioning and composure from a veteran university-level defender.

Grouped By Skill Level
To make sure every camper gets the most out of the camp, we group participants by skill level — beginners with beginners, advanced with advanced.

Weather Issues ›
We always have a plan in place for rain, extreme heat, or any other conditions and safety always comes first. If we ever have to cancel or reschedule a session due to weather, you'll get a full refund or credit, whichever works best for you. For our indoor camps, weather will never be an issue!

Your daughter is watched closely the entire camp. Our staff is trained to handle the unexpected, if anything comes up, we reach you right away. Drop her off knowing she's in safe hands.
Changed Plans? We Get It
Life happens, and we've kept our refund policy simple and fair:
- 7+ days before the camp: full refund or credit toward a future one.
- 1 to 6 days before: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future camp. If we ever cancel (weather, facility, low enrollment) you get a full refund or a transfer, no hassle.
- To cancel, just email team@motiveathletics.ca with your name and camp details, and we'll sort it within 5 business days.
