The camp shows sold out, can I be added to a waitlist?
Yes! Just email us at team@motiveathletics.ca with the camp name and your child's age group and we'll add you to the waitlist right away. We'll reach out the moment a spot opens up.
Where exactly is the camp held? Is there an address or map pin?
Every camp page lists the exact venue name and address in the camp details. We'd recommend double checking it in your maps app before heading out. Can't find it? Just email us and we'll send the pin over.
My child can no longer attend (injury, illness, scheduling conflict), can I get a refund?
We know plans change! Email us with the details and we'll take care of you from there. You can check out our full cancellation policy for how refunds and credits work.
What happens if Motive has to cancel or reschedule a session (e.g. due to weather)?
Safety always comes first. If we ever have to cancel or reschedule a session, weather being the most common reason, you'll receive a full refund or credit, whichever works best for you.
My child can only attend part of the camp, can I get a prorated price?
Just email us with the camp you're registered for and which day or days your child would like to attend, and we'll take care of a prorated price for you.
How do group or team discounts work?
We offer 15% off when you register 5 or more teammates or friends together! Just email us with the camp you're registering for, the age group, and the athletes' names, and we'll send your discount code over.
Is the camp shirt required, and how do I purchase one if I missed it at checkout?
The Motive shirt isn't required for our camps, though it's a great way to rep the brand while you train! For our academies, the shirt is required as part of registration. Missed it at checkout? Just email us and we'll get you set up.
How are campers grouped, by age, skill level, or both?
Campers are grouped first by age, then by skill level. We ask for at least one day to properly evaluate each athlete, since we can't always tell exact skill level from registration notes alone, but we make sure everyone lands in the right group.
Is the camp indoors or outdoors, and what's the policy for extreme weather?
This varies by camp, some are held indoors and some outdoors, but we always have a plan in place for extreme heat, rain, or other conditions, and safety always comes first. If a session does need to be cancelled, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
Can I transfer my registration to a different date or session?
Yes, just email us and let us know which date or session you'd like to move to and we'll get it sorted.
Is it possible for my child to attend if they're slightly outside the listed age group?
Reach out to us with your child's birth year and the camp you're interested in and we'll let you know if there's room to make it work.
