Motive Mentality shares our knowledge on the mental side of both sport and life. Pushing you to the next level within and outside of athletics. Giving information on challenges, how to overcome them, and the understanding of mental struggles. We preach the importance of enjoying the process. We share stories of struggle turned to triumph, that a diverse demographic of athletes/people have lived. Our goal is to teach the importance of acknowledging mental health, and strengthening it. To create “Mentality”, we have spoken to professionals of all genres, both learning and discussing.
