Motive Athletics Terms of Service

This website and online store are operated by Motive Athletics Inc. ("Motive Athletics", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site, registering for a camp, academy or training session, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Who May Register

Most of our participants are minors. Registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who confirms they have the authority to enrol the participant and agrees to these terms on the participant's behalf.

2. Registration and Payment

• Registration is confirmed once payment is received in full.
• Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including the participant's name, age group and any relevant medical information.
• Camp age groups and details are listed on each product page. We may move a participant to the appropriate age group where needed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, refunds and returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Camp and Session Changes

Dates, times, locations, coaches and schedules may change due to weather, facility availability or other circumstances. We will notify registered families as soon as reasonably possible. If we cancel a camp or session, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

5. Participation, Health and Assumption of Risk

Sports involve a risk of injury. By registering, you acknowledge that the participant is physically fit to take part and that you accept the inherent risks of athletic activity. You agree to tell us about any medical condition, allergy or injury that may affect participation. Where required, you may be asked to sign a waiver before the camp or session begins. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motive Athletics is not liable for injuries or losses that arise from the inherent risks of sport, except where caused by our negligence.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour from all participants, parents and guardians toward coaches, staff, facilities and other participants. We may remove a participant from a camp or session for unsafe or disruptive behaviour, without refund.

7. Photos and Video

We may take photos and video at our camps and sessions and use them for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media. If you do not want your child to appear in our media, email us before the camp starts and we will respect your request.

8. Merchandise and Shipping

Merchandise orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and the return terms in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Discount Codes

Discount codes are valid only for the products and dates specified, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, photos and video, belongs to Motive Athletics or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motive Athletics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website, products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, is the one that applies.
