What If I spend the money and my child stays the same?
Between the fees, the drives, and the sacrifices, it's natural to wonder if it will make a difference. No parent wants to look back and realize they paid for time on the field and have nothing to show for it.
We understand that concern, and we share your goal: a child who comes home standing taller, technically better, and eager to go back. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Your child deserves the best coaching
Technical improvement, confidence, respect, resilience and teamwork - this is built with a clear process and commitment.

8:1 Athlete-to-Coach Ratio

Measurable Skill Development
Every athlete follows a structured development curriculum, with clear skills to master at each stage. Coaches supervise every session closely and keep you updated, so you always see how your child is progressing and what comes next.
Values that Run Deep in the Motive Community
At Motive, we develop better people, not just better athletes. These are the values every athlete practices.
Self-belief & resilience. Backing yourself, and never giving up when it gets hard.
Teamwork & friendship. Making the people around you better, and building bonds that last beyond the season.
Respect. For coaches, teammates, opponents and the game itself.

Actually seeing him improve, not just guessing
Three months in and I can point to specific things that got better. They send a quick note every few weeks on what he's working on. This program has been totally worth it, and we will sign up for anything they put on.

No surprise fees
Signed up for the monthly plan and I've been charged exactly that every month. Whenever I need to miss a session, they're really responsive with refunds or moving to a new date.

Same coach all season
We've had the same coach since we started. It makes a big difference for us from previous academies, having someone who knows what she actually needs to work on.

Wish the pause option was easier to find
We had to skip a month for a family trip, and it took a couple emails back and forth to get it sorted. Wish they had an easier process, although we did get our money back.

Still just as excited to go
Was worried the extra training would burn her out but it's the opposite, she still asks to go every week. They keep it fun. The coaches have a ton of energy.

Progress reports actually mean something
Love getting the update every month, my only wish is it came with a bit more detail on what to work on at home. Small thing, still glad it exists.
