Each dedicated to inspiring and sharing their experience with the next generation of Bridgeport's swimmers! This exclusive event will hold top level training, performance development, and an enjoyable experience for all that will create lasting memories!
Camp Content:
- Intense training regimen to test each swimmer whilst creating an energetic and enjoyable training environment!
- College opportunity preparation - teaching the pathways present, and skills to help swimmers achieve their aspirations within the sport!
- Questions and Answers with the collegiate swimmers that were once in each young athlete's shoes!
- Physical and in-water training applied to increase each swimmer's endurance, technique, and speed!
Development: Swimmers will have sessions made by professionals, promoting learning & performance progression for each individual! We include intense physical training, mental performance tactics for strengthening the mind as this is important for athletes to advance to the next level. Our camp attendees will increase both the physical and mental sides of the sport to prosper success in growth for all attending swimmers. This camp will sharpen technique, build strong habits, and strengthen every part of your stroke! This also includes inspiring stories, about careers, overcoming hardship, and what it takes to make it to the next level!
Talk with & experience time with the coaches: We value creating a community with our camps, with that we promote communication from athletes to coaches! Whether this be tips and tricks for athletes regarding college & pro opportunities, questions about career pathways, advice on the sport, or other topics! This also includes autographs from the staff!
Timings: Born 2018-2008: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (age groups will be separated within the camp)
